The Origin
Where It Started
Way Gooder Vibes started before I ever thought about creating a clothing brand. While serving as an instructor at a Marine Corps military occupational school at Camp Pendleton, I would occasionally say “way gooder” in the classroom to get a laugh and bring the students’ attention back in. I wasn’t trying to create a slogan. Yet, the phrase just stuck.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, shaped by the Marine Corps, and inspired by years spent along the California coast and in Hawaii, I eventually turned those words into a brand built around coastal energy, good people, shared experiences, and enjoying life a little more.
